Useat nykyajan ongelmat johtuvat siitä ettei Pariisin rauhansopimusta 1947, Rauha Suomen kanssa ole opetettu.

Observations made.
Over all, in article 6, 7 and 8 The Name of the war ciminal(s) is not mentioned. This because it must reveal itself after 1947 by words and/or deeds that is agaist the Treaty of Peace with Finland. The historical fact is that the "secret" name is "Sweden".

However, all people of Sweden - or all people of any Nation present time - are not to be judged - only individuals in position of a leader in any land, who by evidence in words and/or actions have hurt a nation and/or weaken relations in between nations should be judged.

Of Article 6
It reveals that Finland under Swedish/Nazi rule prior 1947, did not have "human rights or fundamental freedoms, including freedom of expression, of press and publication, of religious worship, of political opinion and of public meeting".

Of Article 7
It reveals that under Swedish/Nazi rule prior 1947, people in Finland was "held in confinement on account of their activities in favour of, or because of their sympathies with, the United Nations or because of their racial origin". Swedish leaders co-operated with Nazies. It also reveal, that the war in Finland, was not between Russia and Finland, but between Nazies in Finland and Russia. The Finns have to choose between providing Swedes/Nazies with soldiers, or to die as nation in concentration camps.

Of Article 8
It also reveals, that if any source that by any means have after 1947 spread and/or present time is spreading propaganda against Finland, Russia, European Nations, United States of America and/or United Nations, or by using propaganda weaken instead of strengthen a nation and/or weaken the realtions in between nations, is a "war criminal". The source of such propaganda, reveal herself/himself/itself by words and/or actions and can be judged; Another Cold War and another World War can be prevented.

Finland have right to dissolve any organization in Finland which by evidence - words and/or deeds - have after 1947 denied and/or present time deny or aim to deny people their democratic rights, human rights or fundamental freedoms, including freedom of expression, of press and publication, of religious worship, of political opinion and of public meeting.

Finland have right to dissolve any organization, that by evidence have spread and/or present time is spreading propaganda against Finland, Russia, European Union, USA and/or United Nations, or by using propaganda weaken instead of strengthen a nation and/or weaken the realtions in between nations.

Examples of infringements:
The winter in Finland 2015 / 2016.

Years prior 2016, the Swedish government, Swedish experts and Swedish military leadres as well as Swedish Bonniers press in Finland, declared that "Russia is a threat and can attack Finland at any time". The statement is first of all one evidence of infringement of the Treaty of Peace with Finland.

The winter 2015 - 2016, the Swedish government transported illegally 15000 refugees of war and "refugees" to Finland - that according to them "can be attacked by Russia at any time" - breaking the Dublin Regulation (Regulation No. 604/2013) as well. The Swedish governments actions are against the human rights of the Swedes, against human rights of the Finns, against human rights of the Russians as well as against human rights of the war refugees of different countries - and an infringement of the Treaty of Peace with Finland.

The Swedish governments illegal actions cost Finland est 1.5 - 2.0 billion Euro. Beside the cost for the Finns, Finnish children and women have been raped and killed. Swedish government is partly guilty of all crimes made by the "refugees" they illegally sent to Finland.

Examples of infringements:
The cause of the crisis in Europe.

Developed by Swedish Migration Board (SMB) between 1990 - 2000 and launched as Söderköpings process in European Union during the first Swedish Presidency of the European Union in May 2001, have a connection with the European Unions eastward enlargement. A cross-border cooperation process on asylum and migration and in order to respond to the new challenges that arose with the EU’s eastward enlargement.

Söderköpings process was introduced to European Union by Carl Bildt (Sweden) and Radoslaw Sikorski (Poland) in 2008. It was adopted by European Union 2009 and renamed in European Union to Eastern Partnership (EaP).

Countries mentioned in the documentation are Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. It is apparent from the documentation provided by the Swedish Government that the countries of the Western and Eastern Balkans, such as Greece and Turkey, are also the target countries for reformation, as well as some countries in North Africa.

Russia is innocent.

Most known war in Europe present time is the ongoing war in Ukraine. Its developement from nothing to the war, have plenty of similarities with the developement of the crisis and war in former Jugoslavia. Russia that is always blamed in propaganda, did not attack Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. All unrest in any country bordering Russia where unrest occure, is because of European Unions eastward enlagement and the wrong way it is enlarged - and the Swedish governments involvement in it with its Söderköpings process. In some countries the European Unions eastward enlargement - the reformation went peacefully, but in some countries like in Gerogia and Ukraine it did not.

Eastern European countries are politically, culturally as well as by religions close to Western European countries, so there would not be any problems if a crisis turn up. The refugees could be placed in lands members of European Union. That was the idea.

The new challenges that arose with the EU’s eastward enlargement.

The crisis and wars in the Middle East as well as Africa caused millions of war refugees that politically, culturally as well as by religions are far away from the European politics, culture and religions. In fact most are hostile politically, culturally as well as by religions. Those was not taken into account when the reformation of countries bordering Russia started. Many of the politics, cultures and religions in Middle East and Africa, actually are Anti-European or Anti-Western, having by definition racistic and facistic ideologies (words and works), that have caused the wars and the existence of the war refugees. Them both - the cause of the war and the war refugees - arrived to Europe that had wide open borders.

The cause of unrest in many eastern countries as well as the war in Ukraine, is the Söderköping process introduced to European Union by Carl Bildt (Sweden) and Radoslaw Sikorski (Poland) in 2008, later known as Eastern Partnership in European Union, been part of the European Unions eastward enlargement. Present time it is the cause of unrest wherever unrest occures in Europe.

If any country accept foreingn racism, facism and criminality - errorusly called "cultur" and "religion" - enter the country, it is obvious, that the domestic racism, facism and criminality increase.

Applicability: United States of America.

The purposes set forth are in short protection of Finland, protection of human rights and values of people of Finland as well as protection of the Constitution of Finland. Through the Constitution of Finland, the Peace with Finland can be applied to any land, people of that land as well as the constitution of that land. Another World War can be prevented.

In this example, Treaty of Peace with Finland 1947, article 6, 7 and 8 is applied to United States of America. Pay attention on that Finnish jurisdiction - The Constitution of Finland must be used in all evaluations.

Article 6
United States of America shall take all measures necessary to secure to all persons under Finnish jurisdiction, without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion, the enjoyment of human rights and of the fundamental freedoms, including freedom of expression, of press and publication, of religious worship, of political opinion and of public meeting.

Article 7
United States of America, which in accordance with the Armistice Agreement has taken measures to set free, irrespective of citizenship and nationality, all persons held in confinement on account of their activities in favour of, or because of their sympathies with, the United Nations or because of their racial origin, and to repeal discriminatory legislation and restrictions imposed thereunder, shall complete these measures and shall in future not take any measures or enact any laws which would be incompatible with the purposes set forth in this Article.

Article 8
United States of America, which in accordance with the Armistice Agreement has taken measures for dissolving all organisations of a Fascist type on United States of America territory, whether political, military or para-military, as well as other organisations conducting propaganda hostile to the Russia or to any of the other United Nations, shall not permit in future the existence and activities of organisations of that nature which have as their aim denial to the people of their democratic rights.

In the above, you can replace "United States of America" with Russia, European Nations, or United Nations (Any Nation).

This way everything is compatible with Treaty of Peace with Finland 1947, even regarding military protection of Finland or any Nation. United States of America , Russia and United Nations (all Nations) protect Finland, and Finland protect United States of America, Russia, UN (All Nations).

Regarding Finland - Sweden relations, the known history is history, not by any means ment to be a burden for present time Nations, but to learn from not making same mistakes again. There are some issues remaining since 1947 and prior, but those can be resolved by good, wise leaders of Finland and Sweden - if people of Sweden so wish after voting - and be protected by The Treaty of Peace With Finland, according to The Treaty of Peace With Finland and according to Finnish Jurisdiction.
